Feel Good Holistics -

     About Me

I am a mother of three children.
I became interested in complementary therapies and medicines many years ago after being involved in a car accident, I didn't want to take all the tablets  prescribed by doctors, as I knew that they all have side effects. I began to look into ways that I could deal with pain that did not involve taking tablets. I was fascinated by what I had experienced and decided to study Massage, Indian head massage, Herbal medicine, Counselling, Reiki and Reflexology.
All of these still fascinate me and I am continually studying as I believe that it is important to keep up-to-date with all that is continuously changing within the field of complementary therapies.

I believe in taking a holistic approach when dealing with clients. The whole person is treated as a completely unique individual not just a particular ailment.

At the beginning of your first treatment I do an initial consultation so I can assess your needs and tailor the treatment to suit you, taking into account all factors of your life, such as your job, any hobbies you may have, your diet, etc. as these all play a part in your general well-being. Each subsequent treatment is tailor made to suit your specific needs at that time.
